Bonnie S. Wheeler

Bonnie is a dedicated and community-focused professional with over 21 years of law enforcement experience and a proven track record in victim advocacy, program coordination, and community engagement. Bonnie is skilled in multidisciplinary collaboration, event planning, public speaking, and task force leadership. She is passionate about serving vulnerable populations, combating human trafficking, and fostering strong community partnerships.

Bonnie also serves on the State of Kentucky Human Trafficking Task Force, Tri-State Human Trafficking Task Force, and a number of other task forces and initiatives with core competencies in law enforcement operations and public safety, victim advocacy and trauma-informed care, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
