Jaime Thompson, MSSW is a professional social worker committed to serving marginalized, oppressed, abused, and exploited humans. Jaime has worked in the areas of child welfare, child sexual abuse treatment and prevention, human trafficking, family support, trauma-informed practices and approaches, social justice advocacy, and social work education. In these areas Jaime has worked in various roles including direct service provider, trainer, facilitator, researcher, program director, college instructor, writer, and youth advocate. Jaime collaborates with a plethora of other advocates, colleagues and groups to advance social justice and anti-trafficking work in Kentucky. Jaime has deep experience addressing exploitation of children, young people, and adults. Jaime promotes and guides others in a leading role by adopting an equity lens in change efforts connected to policies, practices, and decision-making connected to strategically marginalized groups.

PATH Coalition of Kentucky is a 501(c)3 that includes passionate advocates and professionals. Led by a Board of Directors, PATH works with community based organizations to achieve our Mission: Educating, informing, and empowering ourselves and others in understanding human trafficking and promoting and advocating social justice efforts toward its end.
