Kim Becker, Emerald Planning

Kim supports PATH’s social media and marketing efforts. After graduating from Drexel University with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management, Kim worked in many different areas of the meeting and event planning industry. She worked for Fortune 25 companies and non-profits, big and small, and did everything from writing contracts, marketing events, selling exhibits, arranging travel and transportation, to working with all different vendor categories, making sure events were seamless.

Kim works with several other non-profits through her own company, Emerald Meeting & Event Planning. She holds an MBA from the University of Missouri-St. Louis along with the professional designations of Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Digital Event Strategist (DES) and Sustainable Event Professional Certification (SEPC).
